All our new houses and renovated houses are covered by a ten-year building guarantee. The projects are insured during construction. In the event of unforeseen calamities, the insurance offers a refund guarantee of money already paid.
The project will be developed and supervised by a local architect, who is well acquainted with the rules and regulations in the region.
During construction, nothing will be left to chance. Before the works starts, all papers and licences are checked and a geological survey is carried out. The construction is performed by a renowned construction firm.
