Le Castèl
Le Castèl is the project which is being developed in south-west France. It consists of luxury residences and a large number of services. Le Castèl is located on the southern slopes of two hills near the village of Castelnau d'Auzan. On a site covering more than 35 hectares, detached villas with an average lot size of 725 square meters and apartments will be built.

Inaugurated in 1992, the Salsomaggiore Golf & Country Club is surrounded by 150 acres of parkland and gardens. It is 360 metres above sea level and is situated in the Emilia Romagna region. It is an 18-holes championship 72 par course and is highly spectacular for both its technical level and the beauty of the scenery. At the centre of the golf course stands a modern and spacious club house that is equipped to satisfy every need.
